What is the return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or returns. No cancellations or changes are accepted once your order is placed.

When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible
- Premade dolls ship within 24h or purchase
- Custom dolls ship within 8-12 weeks
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
My order has customs fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Do you remake dolls?
I do not remake dolls. I believe all dolls should be special and unique to the collector.
All of the dolls I create will be in my own style, I will not copy another artists work.
