Let's be honest. I don't want to read this either. But the boring rules, laws and conditions exist so your Little Thorn arrives safely and we both know what we're agreeing to. By making a purchase you're saying yes to the small print and helping keep things smooth, fair and drama free.

How orders work

Select your doll from the available dolls section.
Review details and checkout.
Dolls shipped within 3-5 days after purchase
By paying for your doll, you enter a binding contract with Little Thorn.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before any shipment.
Instalments are non-refundable and secure your chosen doll

Returns + refunds

All Little Thorn dolls are one-of-a-kind, handmade artworks and due to their bespoke nature:
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

Damaged items

If your doll arrives damaged, please contact hello@little-thorn.com within 5 days of delivery, including clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Little Thorn will arrange for a prepaid returns label for assessment.
Upon completion of assessment, a repair, replacement or refund may be offered where appropriate.
Claims made after 5 days cannot be considered.

DELIVERY TIMES

You will receive a tracking link once your doll has shipped.
Please monitor your parcel until it arrives safely.
Little Thorn is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier or postal service, Little Thorn cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or unclaimed packages.
Ensure your delivery address is correct and any safe places are secure.
In the event of loss within the logistics system, the courier's compensation procedures will be followed and a solution will be agreed upon only when the investigation has concluded.

Duties, Customs + import fees

Little Thorn is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon delivery.
Please check your country’s import regulations before purchase.
DDP pre-paid couriers will be used where it is possible; this is dependent on geographical location and cannot be offered in every instance.

Handmade variation

Each doll is individually hand-carved, painted, and photographed. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to materials, lighting, or screen settings.
These are natural and not considered defects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The buyer owns the physical doll, but does not own the rights to reproduce, modify, or commercially use Little Thorn designs, likenesses, or photography.
All creative content remains the intellectual property of Little Thorn and if shared should be credited appropriately,

UNFORESEEN EVENTS

Little Thorn is not liable for delays or inability to fulfil an order due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, inclement weather, postal strikes, third party service levels or international restrictions.
