Terms + Conditions
By completing payment for your Little Thorn doll, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions as outlined below.
1. How Orders Work
- Select your doll from the available dolls section.
- Review details and make payment via the website.
- Dolls shipped within 24h.
- By paying for your doll, you enter a binding contract with Little Thorn. Custom commissions or pre-orders will not be started or shipped until full payment is received.
2. Payment
Full payment is required before any shipment. Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable and secure your spot in the production schedule.
3. Returns & Refunds
All Little Thorn dolls are one-of-a-kind, handmade artworks. Due to their bespoke nature:
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
4. Damaged Items
If your doll arrives damaged, please contact hello@little-thorn.com within 5 days of delivery, including clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- Upon assessment, a repair or refund may be offered where appropriate.
- Claims made after 5 days cannot be considered.
5. Delivery Times
- You will receive a tracking link once your doll has shipped.
- Please monitor your parcel until it arrives safely.
- Little Thorn is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.
6. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier or postal service, Little Thorn cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or unclaimed packages.
- Ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
7. Customs & Import Fees
Little Thorn is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon delivery.
- Please check your country’s import regulations before purchase.
8. Handmade Variation
Each doll is individually hand-carved, painted, and photographed. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to materials, lighting, or screen settings. These are natural and not considered defects.
9. Intellectual Property
The buyer owns the physical doll, but does not own the rights to reproduce, modify, or commercially use Little Thorn designs, likenesses, or photography. All creative content remains the intellectual property of Little Thorn.
10. Unforeseen Events
Little Thorn is not liable for delays or inability to fulfil an order due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, postal strikes, or international restrictions.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Full payment of this invoice signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- No cooling-off period is offered once payment is made.
