How can I order a doll?
Step into Available Dolls. Some things choose you first.
If no dolls are currently available, it means there are none to purchase at this time.
Slots for custom dolls are opened throughout the year; i will announce this to my newsletter in the first instance, then instagram.
Ordering Custom Dolls
How do I order a custom doll?
Custom spots open a handful of times throughout the year, depending on how full my schedule is.
When they’re available I share custom opening dates on Instagram ahead of time so you have notice before they go live. I’ll also start updating my website and sending newsletter reminders so you never miss out.
Customisation & Collaboration
Can I be involved in my custom doll’s design?
I work best when I have space to create, so I cannot maintain constant communication during the doll-making process, especially during my full-time work hours.
However, I am happy to send photos at the carving stage and before makeup is sealed for your approval.
The best way to collaborate is to gather Pinterest boards, moodboards, and reference photos. These help guide the creation of your doll while giving me the space I need to craft her with care.

Hair, Eyes, and Piercings
Can my doll reflect my hair, eyes, or piercings?
Yes! Dolls can include your preferred hair colour, eye colour, makeup style, freckles, and piercings.
Please note: Not every detail may be possible, such as certain highlights, intricate hairstyles, or very specific piercings. I will always be transparent about what can be achieved and work with you to bring your vision to life as closely as possible.
Gender Presentation
Can you make dolls of different genders?
Yes! Dolls can be created to reflect any gender presentation, from feminine to masculine to non-binary and everything in between.
Please note: I do not include external genitalia in my dolls. All designs focus on expression, style, and personality rather than anatomy.
Modifying Existing Dolls
Can you change a doll that has already been made?
- Premade dolls: Features cannot be altered; dolls are sold as seen.
- Custom dolls: You may change style elements (hair, tattoos, piercings) of dolls I have made for you in the past. Contact me via the contact form for a quotation. I will not alter dolls that I have not made.
- Damaged dolls: Please reach out via the contact form for assistance. I will not repair dolls that I have not made.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or changes are accepted once an order is placed.

Shipping and Delivery
- Premade dolls: ship within 24 hours of purchase
- Custom dolls: ship within 8–12 weeks
- Layaway items: ship once the final payment is received
All items are tracked and insured.
Layaway and Payment Options
Do you accept layaway?
Yes! Please reach out via the contact form to arrange a layaway plan.
Part payment is possible through Paypal invoicing and is the only offered method.
Payment
Full payment is required before production or shipment. Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable and secure your slot.
Payments are possible through the website or paypal goods and services.
All payments are processed securely.
Customs and Import Fees
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchase.
Doll Uniqueness
Do you remake dolls?
No. Each doll is special and unique to its collector. All dolls are created in my own style; I do not copy other artists’ work.
