How Can I Order A Doll?
Step into Available Dolls. Some things choose you first.
If no dolls are currently available, it means there are none to purchase at this time.
I am not accepting commissions at this time.
Shipping and Delivery
Dolls will ship within 3-5 days after your purchase.
All items are tracked and insured.
Duties, Customs and Import Fees
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchase.
DDP pre-paid couriers will be used where it is possible; this is dependent on geographical location and cannot be offered in every instance.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or changes are accepted once an order is placed.

Instalments and Payment Methods
Do you accept Instalments?
Instalments are offered at checkout through shop pay and klarna. They are based on individual eligibility and these payment methods are not something Little Thorn has control over.

Payment Methods
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as digital wallets such as applepay and gpay.
All payments are processed securely and in accordance with shopify policies.
Modifying or Repairing Existing Dolls
Can you change a doll that has already been made?
- OOAK dolls: Features cannot be altered; dolls are sold as seen.
- Damaged dolls: Please reach out via the contact form for assistance. I will not repair dolls that I have not made.
Doll Uniqueness
Do you remake dolls?
No. Each doll is special and unique to its collector. All dolls are created in my own style; I do not copy other artists’ work.
